What does it mean to be a facilitator?
I have been DCEO of Inspire Partnership Trust for a year and a half, and it’s a role I love! It is not a role that leaves much time for anything else however, and I had to think long and hard about becoming a facilitator for NPQs as I wanted to be clear that I had the capacity.
