Helen Bellinger, Programme Design & Development Lead, Exchange Teaching Hub, Knottingley.
Helen Bellinger is the former Director of Doncaster Research School having 30 years’ experience in teaching, leadership and school improvement roles. She has a proven track in supporting schools to improve outcomes for pupils as an Executive Headteacher, System Leader, School Improvement Partner, Pupil Premium Reviewer and Consultant. Helen has worked with many new and more-experienced school leaders. She has a strong awareness of both the challenges and opportunities which school leadership brings and is passionate about helping leaders to be the best they can be.
Anna began her career as a teacher of French and Russian in Selby. She has had a number of middle and senior leadership roles in a range of secondary schools across Yorkshire and joined Delta Academies Trust as Principal of De Warenne Academy in 2016. Anna led the academy to secure it’s first Ofsted “Good” judgement and has significantly improved outcomes for pupils living in an area of high deprivation. She is now an Executive Principal and, in addition to working intensively with several secondary academies, leads on the trust secondary SEND and MFL strategies.
Julian Harrison, Executive Principal, Delta Academies Trust.
Julian has over 15 years’ experience working in school leadership and has led transformational change in his current academy. He has led many highly successful teams and initiatives, including shaping curriculum development in KS3 and KS4, as well as effectively addressing in-school variation, leading on inclusion, teaching and learning, and achievement and standards.
Tom Banham, CEO, Hoyland Common Academy Trust.
Tom was the founding CEO of his trust which has now grown to five high-performing primaries and one secondary school. Tom has a clear vision for achieving the very best outcomes for children through developing the quality of teaching and leadership throughout the region. He is an experienced NPQ facilitator and coach to CEOs in other trusts.
Jeremy Harris, Deputy CEO of The Rose Learning Trust, Doncaster and North Lincs.
Jeremy is the Deputy CEO of The Rose Learning Trust and the Headteacher of Hatchell Wood Primary Academy. His trust focus is on all aspects of school improvement including the implementation of trust wide strategies to secure highly effective teaching and learning, leading to strong outcomes. Jeremy particularly enjoys working with school leaders to build capacity in leadership at all levels.
Nicola Williams, NPQ Programme Lead, Exchange Teaching Hub, Knottingley.
Nicola is a highly experienced principal (formerly of The Vale Academy in Brigg), associate executive principal, and NPQ facilitator. She has also contributed to the NPQ content delivered by teaching school hubs across the UK. Nicola has a track record and reputation as a proven leader, delivering outstanding outcomes for students. She is currently leading the NPQ programme for Exchange Teaching Hub.
Beryce Nixon, CEO of Exceed Learning Partnership, Doncaster.
Beryce is CEO of Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi-Academy Trust based in Doncaster. She is also a National Leader for Education and has supported a number of schools with wide ranging circumstances. She is a highly experienced leader and is passionate about learning pedagogy and believes that ‘every child has the potential to succeed’ as long as schools provide the right provision, support and challenge to enable them to do so and feels that through collaboration more can be achieved to meet the needs of all young learners.
