Exchange Teaching Hub is led by a broad and inclusive partnership of schools, trusts and education organisations across Barnsley, Doncaster, Selby and Wakefield. Together, we work with over 700 schools and more than 120 multi-academy trusts, representing every phase and type of provision. This means our work is shaped by the real experiences of diverse communities, from early years through to post-16.
We collaborate with a wide range of trusted partners, combining strong local knowledge with national expertise. Our work is enriched through our partnerships with organisations such as UCL and Best Practice Network, whose research-informed approaches and national reach strengthen the quality and impact of our programmes.
Improving outcomes for disadvantaged children is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to ensuring that all children, particularly those facing the greatest challenges, have access to excellent teaching and opportunities to succeed.
